We cupped this coffee and looked at each other and said, “oh, wow.” A rich, balanced cup of coffee with a hint of grapefruit tartness.

Process Method: Fully washed with sun drying on raised beds

Roast: Medium/Dark

Cupping Characteristics: Sweet, tart grapefruit, heavy body
